Planning the dream budget holiday in Florida?

It's so easy to walk to the travel agent and book that dream holiday, but the truth is that it costs a lot. With a little bit of research and dedication, you can still have that dream holiday, but a lot less money than you expected to pay. I have collected some ideas in here to build your holiday as you want it, including the accommodation and some attractions.

Accommodation

The package holidays normally come with everything included, but the luxury hotels can be easily matched and for the family to look for the apartment accommodation is a real option, as you would have your kitchen and you could eat what you like to eat with a huge cuts on the costs.

Studio 6 chain offers a great price for starting $199 per week and offers you cooking area, guest laundrette, wifi and other amenities and features. You can look for the details and book your stay at

America offers a huge range of home to home accommodations. It's worth of having a look when you are travelling with the family, as you might save a mighty sum of money to use somewhere else, having a day out in amusement park or just for shopping.
It's worth of surfing the net and look for short term lettings, look for the local brokers and see the selection online. Some sites give you the owner details and you might be able to negotiate a better deal if you are travelling on the quiet season, but is there really a quiet season in Florida?

Animal attractions

There are several attractions to see animals in Miami. These include Miami Zoo, several Alligator parks around Florida and Monkey Jungles.
If you don't have decided any specific attraction, the best place to start from is in your hotel lobby where you can find several prochures displaying your local attractions.

Diving attractions and watersports

Your local companies will offer snorkling and diving for every level. Water sports are very popular in Florida and closer to the beach you get, more of the companies that are offering these services you will find. Again, local search is the key. For your low budget dream holiday you need to do your research, and many hotels have several companies advertising their services.

Shopping

Everyone loves shopping!!!! Well almost everyone, but if you are in the strange country and want to see the real deal, then what better opportunity to do so than visit the Flea market.... That's right, everyone loves the bargain.
America's largest indoor market is situated in Pompano Beach and you can find everything from here, from food to make up, fashion accessories and antiques. Festival Flea Market has got over 4 million festival shoppers from all over the world.

Quarter of a mile long shopping parade is full of bargains and you can even start your own business from there, so if you are a designer with a label and grave that attention that your product needs, why not to look into this opportunity? There are over 500 shops and restaurants to choose from, so a serious shopper could easily spend a day in here.

Jungle Queen riverboat

If you want to see Florida from the waters, then this would be an ideal trip to you. The traditional riverboat runs two cruises a day, a 3 hour sight seeing cruise or Barbeque Ribs & Shrimp cruise in the evening.
Both cruises depart from the Bahia Mar Yatching center, 801 Seabreeze Boulevard, Ft. Lauderdale.

On the sightseeing cruise you will stop at The Jungle Queen Tropical Isle, where you can see rare trees and foliage, variety of birds from all over the world and there is also an alligator exhibition.

,  When the lights dim out and it's time for children to go to bed, adults can start their party at the Barbeque & Shrimp cruise. You can have all you can eat dinner with trimmings prepared by the skillful chefs. The full night of entertainment in Florida style!
